Favorite destination? Italy
Why is that your favorite destination? Italy offers so many different experiences to submerse one's self into and each one is different. From stays at beautiful villas situated in the heart of a olive or wine vineyard, to city life in Rome or Florence to explore the rich history of architecture and art, to small villages, such as the walled village of Lucca, to floating through the canals of Venice and onto Murano and Burano, to the waters of the Italian Riviera, Italy's landscape is what I refer to as Nature's Quilt. I once experienced a drive from Umbria to the shore of the Adriatic Sea, to view sections of forest, olive groves, wine vineyards, villages, slopes of green dotted with sheep, and mountains with the tiniest tunnel entryways. As one comes around a hairpin turn and looks off into the distance, the land turns into a most attractive "quilt", handcrafted by nature. I have visited three times, and still look forward to returning to explore parts not yet traveled, such as the Amalfi Coast.
What destination is on your bucket list? African Safari
Why is that destination on your bucket list? I thoroughly enjoy nature and while many destinations I have traveled have offered lovely views, of riverbanks, vineyards and shore lines, the idea of seeing the Big Five in their natural habitat, with overnight stays in luxury tents, thrills me.

Why should someone book their vacation with you? I take great pride in servicing my clients, to send them on their journey with confidence. My goal is to create itineraries which will result in clients returning home, with the fondest of memories. I am an experienced traveler and understand the importance of paying close attention to the details. Most importantly, working with a travel agent who has the support and resources AAA offers, at their fingertips, offers clients peace of mind.
One thing you’d like our members to know about you? I created a video, to run on local cable television, to educate residents on the value of the Community Preservation Act and worked diligently on the ballot question and the town meeting vote. Sturbridge was the fifth community to adopt the Act, which now 176 Massachusetts cities and towns have adopted. I was honored to receive the Kuehn Community Preservation Award at the Statehouse. I have been the Chair of the nine-member, Sturbridge Community Preservation Committee, since its inception in 2001.
