Favorite destination? Walt Disney World

Why is that your favorite destination? Ever since I was a child, I have been doing Walt Disney World family vacations. So many of my fondest childhood memories are from Disney. My husband and I went on our honeymoon to Disney so I was able to see experience it as an adult...to my surprise...the magic was still there! Now, as a mother to 4 children, Walt Disney World is the place we go almost every year for our family vacations. No matter how hectic life gets, when we come together in Disney World, we are able to enjoy our favorites and feel the togetherness that Disney does SO well at creating for families. Experiencing Disney through our children's eyes, is a feeling like no other! The only way to describe it is to say it truly is a magical experience!

What destination is on your bucket list? ITALY!!!!

Why is that destination on your bucket list? I am 100% Full-blooded Italian. Ever since I was a child I was always interested in learning about where my ancestors came from. Not only is Italy absolutely BEAUTIFUL but there is SO much history to experience in the cities.

What destinations have you visited? Florida--Orlando and Vero Beach/ Texas--San Antonio/ North & South Carolina/ New Hampshire/New York/ New Jersey-Atlantic City.

Why should someone book their vacation with you? As a travel agent, I put my whole heart into the work I do with and for my members. I like to build friendships and try to get to know each and every member I connect with. I feel this is SO important to ensuring all of their needs and desires are met for their vacations. People work so hard in their everyday lives. Planning vacations can sometimes require time and effort. The last thing people need is to feel stressed about the details of a vacation. When I am chosen to be someone's travel agent, I try to make them only have one thing to worry about...that is...looking forward to their vacation! I do everything needed to ensure all components of the trip are taken care of. I do not simply "take their order and hand them their purchase." After I book a vacation, I will follow up periodically and see if anything is needed. I also am 100% honest with my members. In my opinion, Honesty is the single most important quality a person should possess. As a mother, I have always taught my children if they can be nothing else in life, BE HONEST! I use this motto in my work as well. I never want my members to have unexpected surprises(unless positive) on their vacations. Therefore, as I receive new information and itinerary changes and whatnot, I will ALWAYS reach out ASAP so that my member is fully prepared and abreast of everything to come during their vacation. I also pride myself on my communication and response to my members calls and emails. I will NEVER let an email or phone call go unanswered! Even if I do not have an answer at the time, if my members call or email me about something, they WILL receive a response before the end of my shift. Even if it is just to acknowledge their call or email and let them know I will get back to them the next day, they WILL hear from me!

One thing you’d like our members to know about you? I have 4 children...Identical twin sons that are 12 yrs. old, a 17-year-old daughter and 20-year-old daughter and a 3 yr. old golden doodle!
